Perfect for baking or simple enjoyment, Philadelphia Candies break-up block is available in 31% cocoa milk chocolate, 52% cocoa semisweet dark chocolate, 72% cocoa bittersweet dark chocolate, white confectionery coating, and sugar free milk chocolate flavored coating.
- Storage: Product should be stored in a cool dry area which is free of any foreign odors. Ideal storage conditions are at 55 to 65 degrees Fahrenheit with less than 50% relative humidity.
- Melting Instructions: Place into a plastic or glass bowl. Put the bowl into the microwave and melt for 15 to 20 seconds. Remove and stir well to ensure the temperature is evenly distributed. Repeat this process until the product has almost all melted. Stir the remaining solids until a slightly thickened, even liquid is obtained.
